At Novelty Emporium, we aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Include original tags
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To begin a return, please contact support@noveltyemporium.store. Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Where applicable, a return shipping label will be issued.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@noveltyemporium.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation promptly and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items (including beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to submit a return request for the original item. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
